‘Move on’ Mr Groves
Actor Ricky Groves is reported to have tearfully called and begged his estranged wife Hannah Waterman — from which he’s separated since New Year’s Eve — to give their marriage on more chance.
The couple apparently had a phone conversation last Sunday. Groves, who is said to have been approached by a newspaper to sell his story, is reported to have been confronted by Waterman about the subject.
But Waterman was not interested in her husband’s pleas, after she told him she had definitively fallen out of love.
Ricky Groves said that he more weight his estranged wife lost, the more she changed. He even claimed that the diet that Waterman followed probably ruined their marriage.
It was reported by a friend that Groves ended up crying since the actress kept rejecting him. He told her they could still salvage their relationship and patch up their differences.
But it was said that Waterman didn’t see that way, claiming that it was too late and that she had not been in love with him for a long time.
The 34-year-old is said to have called it quits with her 41-year-old estranged husband on New Year’s Day, telling him she had found someone else.
The pair had met ten years ago on the set of EastEnders.
Her life was recently transformed after losing three stones following an intensive exercise and diet regime.
Groves has been blaming his estranged wife’s new found health and slimed down body for the marriage woes. He said he wished he had stopped her.
It’s time for him to move on but he’s been experiencing an immense amount o difficulty through this entire process.
