Claudia Schiffer mum for the third time
Supermodel Claudia Schiffer has announced that she’s expecting her third child.
Schiffer and her film director husband and director husband Matthew Vaughn said they were delighted at the prospects of enlarging their family.
The couple already has 2 children. The 39-year-old star is mother to six-year-old son Casper and 5-year-old daughter Clementine.
The gorgeous model mum is already five and a half months into her pregnancy and the birth of her third child is due in May.
Schiffer is considered to be one of the most successful female models in history. Through her career, she has appeared on more than 500 magazine covers and said to be worth about $55m (£38m), according to Forbes magazine.
After finishing her studies, Schiffer went to Paris and almost immeditalely acquired the status of supermodel after being chosen by Karl Lagerfeld to become the new face of Chanel.
Being represented by top agencies in the world’s fashion capital, Schiffer still models today. One notable contract was her 2006 deal with Spanish clothes chain Mango, for which she finally had her ears pierced.
She remains on contract with L’Oréal as well as Ebel watches. Since 1990, Schiffer has designed and modeled her swimsuit collection for which she releases a calendar.
Meanwhile, it’s been revealed that Jo Joyner has given birth to twins.
The actress, who portrays Tania Branning in EastEnders, has had a boy and a girl.
The 31-year-old admitted in the past that she and her husband Neil Madden had opted for IVF after having tried to conceive for four years.
