Online sellers demand more of Royal Mail
More than 80% of online firms operating in the UK are critical of the country’s primary postal service, Royal Mail.
Specifically, they have accused the service of holding back the development of many businesses and now claim that they want to postal operator to dramatically improve the standard of its services across a number of fields such as notifying customers what time deliveries will made and better weekend services than at present. Speaking to the press, a spokesman for eBay confirmed that his organisation had been forced to conduct the survey following a damning indictment of the controversial Royal Mail’s services and the fact that it was revealed by a Google UK survey that internet retail contribute £100bn to the UK’s economy.
