Subject of Keys comments looking to sue
A woman made the subject of incredibly crude remarks of disgraced presenter Richard Keys now plans to sue the broadcaster for breach of privacy, as well as defamation of character.
Mrs Louise Glass, aged 38, has revealed that she was stunned by footage that was released of disgraced Keys asking an ex-boyfriend of hers, former Liverpool star Jamie Redknapp, if he’d ’smashed’ her – which is slang for sexual intercourse. However, Keys referred to Glass at ‘it’ during the exchange.
Talking to a UK news publication, Glass explained that Keys spoke of her like she was a prostitute, and like she was nothing. Although the married mother of two pointed out that she isn’t a prude and has always had a sense of humour, she criticised the level of aggression and said that she has had her life turned upside while now having to pay the price for the slapstick of Sky and its presenters.
As has been widely publicised by now, Keys, aged 53, was forced into resigning from his cushty £500,000-a-year post over what were described as prehistoric comments – not long after long-time colleague Andy Gray got the boot following footage showing him asking a female presenter, namely Charlotte Jackson, if she would tuck his microphone down his trousers.
Prior to this however, the two had been caught out, when previously believing they were off air, making comments about female match official Sian Massey and West Ham’s female vice chairman, Karen Brady
Dont feel sorry for Gray and Keys at all. Louise Glass and her family are right to sue Richard Keys, who would like to have that association attached to their name, she was the victim!
